Are you passionate about boating and looking for a sales role with variety, purpose, and an unbeatable view?

We’re on the hunt for a motivated and personable Sales & Membership Executive to join our team based at Westhaven Marina. In this unique role, you’ll represent two exciting marine brands — Sports Marine NZ, a leading new and used boat dealership, and Freedom Boat Club, the world’s largest boat club, now launched in New Zealand.

This is more than just a sales job — it's about delivering exceptional experiences and helping people enjoy the boating lifestyle without the hassle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Selling new, used, and brokerage boats to boating enthusiasts and first-time buyers.
• Growing Freedom Boat Club memberships through Discovery Days, walkthroughs, and consults.
• Creating compelling boat listings with photography, video walkthroughs, and well-written descriptions.
• Coordinating with our team to ensure smooth handovers, onboarding, and customer service.
• Hosting and attending events, boat shows, and member days.
• Engaging with customers through phone, email, CRM, and social media.
• Supporting local marketing efforts, including eDMs and social content.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a genuine passion for boating and the marine lifestyle.
• Is confident, personable, and great at building rapport.
• Has sales or customer-facing experience (marine or lifestyle products a bonus).
• Is organised, self-motivated, and tech-savvy (CRM, email, and social media tools).
• Is flexible with hours.
• Holds a current NZ driver’s licence.
